The host is phenomenal. The host is accommodating who goes an extra mile to drop the car in our hotel and allow us to drop the car in the airport even though the pick up and drop off locations are different. It makes the whole experience so much easier and relaxing. The host is also very communicative in that when I send her a message, she responds promptly. If anyone needs a rental car, I will definitely recommend this host. The host is responsible and reliable. You will have a pleasant experience.

Heather's car was sparkling clean and fully loaded. Easy pick up and drop-off. Heads-up for those who plan on using CarPlay. Apparently you must use Apple USB cable or a high-quality certified cable. Cheap cables, which we apparently had :( often support charging only and lack the data lines needed for CarPlay. I think it may be a Buick thing as I've never had this issue before. Regardless, you won't be disappointed as Heather's car has everything you will need.
Very nice car and wonderful service. They were even willing to buy a car seat for us and bring it to the airport when we thought the airline lost ours. Would rent from them again. Car was a bit smaller than we thought but that’s my fault, I hadn’t driven a Crosstrek before.
