Car was perfect for our trip to Rapid. Mattie was very helpful and responded right away when I had questions. It was a very easy process to check in! Thank you, Mattie!

The hosts and Turo customer service are 10/10. Car was delivered to airport right as we walked out after leaving baggage claim. Sara and Mattie are friendly and responded to all my questions leading up to our trip. The car is clean and ran decent. It gave us an issue on our last day, of course- at 5 am, in 10 degree weather, with snow and ice on the road- we needed to get to the airport for our flight and the car started but had no heat and the windshield would not defrost. We tried for 40 minutes. Luckily we had family in town to save us and drive us to the airport in time for our flight. Turo arranged a tow truck to come and pick up the car but we were already gone so we didn’t miss our flight. The hosts responded to me and seemed understanding- it’s not their fault the heat/defrost didn’t work. Would definitely recommend the hosts but would likely not rent this car again as it did cause some chaos on our last day.

The car was exactly what we wanted, it was extremely easy to locate at the airport, and all communications with the host were very good! We could not have asked for a better experience!
BTW, we purposely left a wheeled cooler in the car for the next customer! Enjoy!!
