Jeff was amazing! His communication was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for someone who goes above and beyond. The car was in absolutely wonderful condition. It was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and performed perfectly with no issues at all. It exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have been happier with the overall quality and condition of the vehicle. I will definitely rent from Jeff again! He made the entire process easy and stress-free, which helped make our vacation enjoyable for me and my family. His excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend renting from Jeff, and I look forward to working with him again in the future.

First, the car got us everywhere we wanted and had cold air conditioning. Jeffrey made drop off and pick up very convenient and was super responsive during our trip. A couple of things I feel need to be mentioned are this car has a myriad of noises - rattles and such that if it were my personal car, I would have investigated. None of them affected the drivability. The pictures on the listing appear to be not very recent - cosmetically there were dings and dents, some age-related things. It's an old car, totally understandable but I was taken aback upon first inspection. There was some kind of leak - not sure what it was but left marks each time we backed out of the very pristine VRBO garage. Jeffrey ran a remote diagnostic and wasn't worried (possibly rust treatment residue?). Upon check-in, Jeffrey let me know the odometer reading was lower than actual due to replacing the speedometer console. Not sure I would have rented a vehicle with that many miles. Just prior to arrival, I received notification that they prefer the vehicle not leave the state, but it's ok as long as they are notified. As we had a planned day trip to Boston, I sent a message and it was no big deal. Ultimately, I gave 5 stars because the vehicle performed well and Jeffrey was a communicative and friendly host. This car is more of a work horse than a show horse, so I would rate it 3.5 stars, and Jeffrey a 5-star host so with rounding I came in at overall 5.

Most excellent. Highly recommend Lux. Perfect customer service. Perfect car for our family of four. We left the car as clean as we could, but two kids and sand are hard to remove. We shook out the mats and brushed the seats as best as we could. Thank you Kaitlin and Chris - above and beyond accommodation
