This rating has more to do with renting an EV and less about the company/people that own this vehicle. The vehicle was in perfect condition and had no issues. It was very clean and in great working order. Communication between myself and the company was timely and they were responsive (happened to be on site and helped when I couldn’t find the key). My issues were finding the vehicle, starting the vehicle, having to charge it twice (during a one day rental), and the overall inconvenience of dealing with it. I may have missed in the description where the car was located as well that the key was inside the vehicle. It took me an extra 15-20 mins to figure all of this out by messaging the company. While they were responsive, I think all of that should be very clear. Between reading messages on the app and my email, there’s a lot to read that is superfluous information and the key information is not apparent. Also, I rented the vehicle from approximately 1:00-6:30 (scheduled 1:30-10:00pm) and it was $237.00 plus $11.00 for charging. It would be nice to get money back for the early return. Overall, car was fine, company fine. I won’t rent an EV again for this short of a time period and especially in this region.

The house were super friendly communicated in a timely manner, and the car was super clean and had extra wonderful amenities like water and charging cables – would highly recommend them and rent again.
