Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Tesla Model Y was spotless, fully charged, and exactly as described. Elisa provided clear and easy to follow directions to the vehicle, which made pickup completely hassle free. Communication was excellent, and they were very helpful throughout my 10 day rental in Martha’s Vineyard. The Tesla drove perfectly and made exploring the island even more enjoyable, especially if the FSD.I would absolutely rent from Elisa again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress free Turo experience in Martha’s Vineyard.

The car was perfect for our trip. Kedian , the host was responsive and easy to deal with. The car was clean and easy to find for pick up and drop off. On the other hand when I contacted Turo they were not helpful At all after I got a Message that the trip Would be cancelled due to not them not having some information that was provided two times.
