Wonderful experience! Jose responded promptly and provided all the information we needed to make the trip go smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and fun to drive. This was my first experience with an EV and I was worried about how charging would go, but it was easy. We were able to find a free (but extremely slow) charging station at a Toyota dealership near where we were staying, and a fast charger not much farther away that was very quick and cost less than half the price of filling a gas tank in Colorado (where gas is quite a bit cheaper than it is in RI/MA) from about the same level, mileage-estimate wise.
Great experience renting Jeff’s Tesla Model Y! The car was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and exactly as described. It drove great and made the entire trip easy and enjoyable. Jeff was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Pickup and drop off were straightforward, and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely rent from Jeff again and highly recommend both him and the Model Y to anyone looking for a great rental experience. Thanks again, Jeff!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome experience from start to finish. The Tesla was extremely clean, comfortable, and a lot of fun to drive. Having Full Self-Driving made the trip even better and gave us a chance to really experience what a Tesla is capable of. Everything with the rental was easy and straightforward, and the car was exactly as described. We enjoyed it so much that we’re seriously considering buying a Tesla of our own now. Would absolutely rent again!

Jose was an absolutely amazing host. We had an issue with the lockbox during pickup which ended up costing me an extra Uber ride plus Turo increased the price $45 on top of the original reservation price when it was rebooked which was pretty frustrating but Jose went WAY above and beyond to get everything situated after Turo cancelled the reservation and left me stranded in an unfamiliar state with no transportation. He was very friendly, communicated prompt and went out of his way to help me correct the issue. Truly grateful for his help. If I'm ever in Warrick again, I'd look to rent from him without hesitation.
I loved the car! It was the size that I wanted and needed. Pick up was very easy. The host contacted me a half hour before my pick up time to let me know that it was ready for me. The return was easy as well. Nice guy! Very hospitable and welcoming. If I need an SUV in the future. I would definitely rent from him again.
