Wonderful experience! Jose responded promptly and provided all the information we needed to make the trip go smoothly. The car was spotlessly clean and fun to drive. This was my first experience with an EV and I was worried about how charging would go, but it was easy. We were able to find a free (but extremely slow) charging station at a Toyota dealership near where we were staying, and a fast charger not much farther away that was very quick and cost less than half the price of filling a gas tank in Colorado (where gas is quite a bit cheaper than it is in RI/MA) from about the same level, mileage-estimate wise.
