Pickup and drop off was so easy and close to airport. The car was perfect for our family for a 1 week trip. LeiLani was responsive and helpful whenever I messaged her. We had a small hiccup the day of return and she was quick to address our needs and make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend renting your Turo vehicle through her.

Mohanad exceeded my expectations completely! After my initial Turo reservation was canceled just as my flight was taking off, I was able to book with M&A instantly. I’m not sure how he did it, but he was at the airport awaiting my arrival before I landed. Mohanad is a Turo saint! I cannot wait to visit NOLA again and book with him. A millions thanks again, Mo!

The rental process was very smooth. The car was clean and filled with gas upon my arrival. The return process was easy. The only thing was the service notification came on during my trip. Other than that, I would definitely rent from LeiLani again.

INFINITI QX80 2020

This was our first trip to New Orleans, and the host’s clear communication made pickup at the airport very easy. The vehicle was easy to find, and the instructions were straightforward. During our trip, the vehicle had an intermittent starting issue, and we also noticed an occasional unexplained double beep while driving. The host was very responsive, communicated promptly, and even offered to send a mobile mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Since the starting issue was intermittent and the car continued to run fine once it started, we decided to continue with the rental. I really appreciated the host’s excellent communication and willingness to address the issue quickly.
