Avid Turo user- this is first time I am considering next time just getting reg rental. The entire purpose is to make it easy for the renter, but this lady parked in economy garage which took literally over 30 mins to get shuttle and check out - costing an additional 12$ cause it was convenient for her to drop off. When I messaged- her reply was put premium gas in car and leave receipt as proof. lol- so if that’s service you want- this is your ride

Tried contacting you, as soon as you book we send a message asking where you would like the car parked. You ghosted us during the whole transaction only to give a negative review because you felt like not responding to any messages
