Pick was easy, drop off was easy. Car was as advertised. Wouldn’t mind a little bit of Sanitization in between rentals. Car was trash free but obviously hadn’t been wiped down in a while due to the collection of dirt everywhere. Again car was as advertised and we were informed of some warning lights that were on but weren’t a big deal so if they weren’t worried about them then neither were we. Very responsive with any of our questions and aloud us to extend the reservation due to our change in plans. Overall a great experience. Thank you guys for everything

He was extremely responsive, professional, accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout the rental. The Range Rover was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and drove perfectly. It was exactly as described and definitely made my trip that much better. What really stood out was Mason’s customer service. He was flexible, easy to communicate with, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. This was hands down one of my best experiences using Turo. Great experience overall! We only ended up using the vehicle for one day out of our three-day rental due to rescheduling our trip, but everything went smoothly. I can’t brag on Nick enough. If you’re looking for a host that’s caring and has a problem-solving mentality he’s your guy. Unfortunately during my rental the car was towed while I was in downtown. Nick worked with me and gave such quick responses and assisted me with getting the car so that I could continue my trip. If I could give him more than 5 stars I absolutely would.

This was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had! I was specifically looking for a roomy vehicle that was pretty fuel efficient and the CX-30 was the perfect size. It was clean, comfortable and fun to drive. The difference in this rental compared to others is that Brutalia adds that extra service. If you’re flying in, you’ll have the most smooth pick up/drop off. It beats a standard rental car counter experience by far. We didn’t have any issues, but even if we did have a question, Brutalia was responsive and thorough. I hope the next time I’m in town Brutalia has a vehicle available. 10/10, no notes.
