Very easy to communicate with. Everything went smoothly with pick up and drop off. Really nice car, basically brand new.

This was such a smooth ride!!! I want to buy one now. I was met directly in front of the midway airport. Keys handed to me we got on the road quickly after taking required 15 pictures. Host checked in with me before and after. This made me feel very valued. When I come back to Chicago I will definitely be using the service of this host again. Thank you
