SUV rental in Oak Lawn, IL

I really had a great experience with this owner, at pickup he was very prompt and met me at the location to drop off the key as I was pulling up, he allowed me to look over the car and take pics and answered any questions while he was there he gave me specific instructions on what to do for the return and he was available and responded to all my text quickly and I appreciate that! The price was good for a last minute rental, there are minor dents and scratches on the exterior of the car but it drove good! The ONLY problem I had with this vehicle was the smoke smell that was on the inside when I got in, i’m sorry to have to put this information out there, but I have a high tolerance for anything that smells like cigarette smoke. That is my biggest pet peeve. I cannot stand cigarette smoke and I have a keen sense of smell whenever I’m around anything that smells like cigarette smoke I personally had to get some odo band and wipe down the interior of the car and spray in the car to air it out. I put in new air fresheners to also help with the smell, it wasn’t really until I got on the road with the windows down that the smoke smell came out of the car, but other than that everything was great.! I would definitely rent from him again….minus the smoke smell lol!🤭

Listen to me. You want to drive this Range Rover! It has everything for every type of driver. It has ultimate comfort, steering and handling precision and incredible performance! Mason is great with communication every step of the rental no matter the time. I upgraded to the Inverter package that unleashed the full capability of the V8 engine. She can move!!! Mason made sure she was just as beautiful outside as she is inside. Super clean and polished. She is a head turner! I love this and plan to rent her again.

Great experience! Parking was so convenient at Chicago Midway. I don’t think I walked 100 steps from the baggage claim to the where the car was parked. The vehicle was very clean and drove well. My only gripe about the car was that it smelled a little like someone smoked in the car, but it wasn’t terrible. I also didn’t like the pink license plate cover. 😂 Outside of that, I really enjoyed the car. The car comes with CarPlay and USB-C outlets which we loved! We had to refill 1/4 of a tank in gas. At $4.49 per gallon it cost around $35. We go back to Chicago once per year and I think we will for sure rent this car again depending on price. Maria was also on top of communication. The host was great and the vehicle was in awesome condition. But this will probably be my first and last time renting cars from this app. It’s just too expensive. I’ve literally had this car for one day and my bill is a little over $300. If I didn’t have to pick up a car so early on the morning I would’ve went elsewhere. I was on a bind and this was the only game in town for me. Other than price you guys are good.

DeAnthony is a great host, he helped me out when I got lost getting to the location. As well as communicating back to me in a timely manner. The car is kept in exceptionally shape. My family took a small trip to Cleveland for the weekend and it was smooth the entire time. Fantastic gas mileage might I add too we only had to gas up twice, once there and once back. It was nice with the added features such as all around camera's, the apple carplay, that full top sunroof and most importantly the cruise control. I definitely will be renting from him again as well, he has gained another customer from me.
