This was my first time ever renting and driving a Tesla, including using it for a long-distance trip, and I had an excellent experience. The host was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond by dropping the car off and taking the time to explain all the features, how to use the vehicle, charging, and everything a first-time Tesla driver should know. That made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free. He was also very responsive and easy to reach throughout the trip whenever I had additional questions. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend!
