The host was incredible and allowed me to extend my rental for a few additional days. I really appreciated that. My only issue was when I went to pick it up. The car wasn’t ready at time of my scheduled pick up. I had to wait like an hour for them to clean the car. So I tried reaching out for some additional grace time because technically the host’s staff delayed my pick up to 3:30 pm… I got no answer and had to extend twice because at 2:30pm traffic from my house is super dicey and the gps kept adding time as I was in route freaking out. I’m just happy the parking is free, and they were so helpful. As a first time renter, I say they’ve been great overall and I recommend anyone to book with them. The self driving feature was really cool and Tesla cars really have the best quirks lol

The car was clean, tidy, and got us where we needed to go. The host was polite and responsive through Turo messages. The overall experience was less smooth than expected. At pickup, I was locked out of the vehicle for about 20 minutes in the heat, with kids which was frustrating. The vehicle itself was okay, but some of the sensors and driver assist alerts felt inconsistent, so I did not enjoy driving this Tesla as much as others I’ve rented.
The vehicle also appeared to be recording externally throughout the trip. I understand this may be for security, but because I was traveling to and from where I was staying, it made me uncomfortable from a privacy standpoint. Communication through the app was responsive, but during a stressful roadside situation, everything was handled only through messaging. A quick phone call (which I requested) in that moment would have made things easier.
Overall, clean car and polite host, but the pickup issue, vehicle concerns, privacy concern, and communication limitations made this a 3 star experience for me.

Car with worn tires, one them flat at third day, not that quick the response, them could fix it at last day
