The car was clean, tidy, and got us where we needed to go. The host was polite and responsive through Turo messages. The overall experience was less smooth than expected. At pickup, I was locked out of the vehicle for about 20 minutes in the heat, with kids which was frustrating. The vehicle itself was okay, but some of the sensors and driver assist alerts felt inconsistent, so I did not enjoy driving this Tesla as much as others I’ve rented.
The vehicle also appeared to be recording externally throughout the trip. I understand this may be for security, but because I was traveling to and from where I was staying, it made me uncomfortable from a privacy standpoint. Communication through the app was responsive, but during a stressful roadside situation, everything was handled only through messaging. A quick phone call (which I requested) in that moment would have made things easier.
Overall, clean car and polite host, but the pickup issue, vehicle concerns, privacy concern, and communication limitations made this a 3 star experience for me.

At arrival, midnight car was closed, took 15-20 mins for them to open it
Car with worn tires, one them flat at third day, not that quick the response, them could fix it at last day

Car needed to be service but host keep ignored it, so the car has no FSD, no cruise control. Host was responsible but the booking, but after they just ignored me until I say it was going be a not 5 stars trips. They should do better. 2 stars is my honest review.
Hi, we respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle is fully functional and equipped with FSD and cruise control. We provided guidance during the trip, but certain features were limited because Valet Mode was activated, which restricts functionalities. We were available and responded throughout the trip to assist. We always aim to support our guests and ensure a smooth experience.
