Hasan was friendly, responsive, and accommodating throughout our rental. Unfortunately, the vehicle's condition was disappointing. The ride felt rough from the beginning, and on the second day, a tire went flat. The tire shop identified significant uneven wear that appeared to predate our rental, leaving us to arrange and pay for a replacement. While I appreciated Hasan's communication, the tire's condition raised safety concerns that affected our overall experience.
