Steven was punctual for the drop-off and made the entire pickup process seamless. He provided clear, straightforward instructions that made operating and enjoying the vehicle effortless. The car itself was in excellent condition—spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described.
What truly set this experience apart was Steven’s level of communication and professionalism. He was incredibly responsive, even answering a question I had later in the evening without delay. His willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly did not go unnoticed.
