When I First got the car I asked if they would meet me 5mins from the address given because It was more convenient for me I was told ok then the day I went to get the car they told me it would be an extra charge then the address that was given through the app to pick up car was not it it was another address then I get to the car and the car is absolutely filthy the screen and settings were all in Spanish made it very difficult never found a way to change it and then the car was making a weird noise that is not mentioned but is very annoying it was coming from the charging port when communicating with person it was difficult to understand I didn’t have a great experience there was even an air tag in the car which I thought it was prohibited
