Jon was a great Host to work with and provided a quality luxury SUV as described by pictures and description. The Audi was dropped off at a residential location for no extra charge due to close proximity to host address. I would recommend working with Jon and renting this Q7.

Great car as advertised. Very responsive and courteous host. Solid communication and would highly recommend. Do suggest future renters to learn the basics of operating a Tesla from the host before taking off due to the initial steep learning curve, especially if you’re not tech savvy.

We usually go to Enterprise to rent cars to drive on our road trips. We've used Turo once before and decided to try it again for our family trip recently. Ismael V. is such a great host and very easy to deal with. The Jeep is well kept and performed just as he described. We had such a wonderful time we really talked about keeping the Jeep another day, but had to get back to reality. If you rent Ismael's Jeep you will not be disappointed with the experience. Superb! Great rental with no issues and Marcel was very nice, quick to respond and was flexible especially when we were delayed picking up the car. Only suggestion would be to change the windshield wipers as it rained on us most days (unseasonably much for CA) and sometimes was hard to see through the rain. Highly recommend!

LeChaya's Q7 was lent to me in super clean condition, inside and out. They were flexible in meeting me to drop off and return the car. Was able to fit 6 and luggage comfortably for a several hour road trip. The Audi was loaded with features like heated seats, 4 zone climate control. Apple Carplay made it easy to navigate to our destination; just plug your phone into the USB port inside the center console. Would not hesitate to rent again.

The car was amazing it was spotless and smelt so clean and geo was so amazing I extended the car two or three times and there was never a issue!!!

I have never seen a host so committed to safety as to take pictures of their tire tread depth with a depth gauge. I never look at tread depth when I rent on Turo. That's a whole other level of care.
