Pickup location was not very convenient and I was disappointed that they started the trip with 1/4 tank of gas. I inevitably overpaid because I couldn’t use all of the gas I put in. Aside from that the vehicle was excellent and communication was timely and helpful.

Car was awesome! Way better deal than coperate rentsl places about half the price.Pickup would have been smooth if I knew what a lock box looked like. Perhaps a postit or a ribbon to make it obvious would have been good. But after looking for 5 minutes I found it. Car was clean, like new, handled great, and pretty fast. I really like the cruise control with distance button, it made the road trip a lot easier.5 minute uber ride to BART Station. Great gas mileage, seated 6 and carryon size luggage for all more than comfortably. Complimentary car wash available but I didnt realize until the return. I would definitely rent again if the need come up!!
