Host was responsive and helpful. For the price (comparative to other sprinter vans), this was a great value. Yeah, it's a little older, has 200,000 miles on it, but again, for the price and road trip from Texas to Florida, it worked great. Be sure to have an HDMI cable to connect from whatever device you have (laptop or ipad or something) cuz we didn't have one so we didn't use the tv. Would recommend unless you wanna pay 100-300$ more a day for a newer nicer van.
Everything I expect Turo to be. Host was proactive and communicated well throughout the trip. The host had to change my selected vehicle close to my pick up time which was appreciated.
I regularly rent from this host and they are always pretty solid to deal with. The vehicle itself had some problems that I made them aware of and they apologized and we worked together to get me through the trip. I guess you can’t ask for more than that.
Second time renting this vehicle and both times were a great experience. Good vehicle and professional host. Needless to say, I would rent this vehicle again.

2015 Kia Sedona was ok for the price but it definitely needs seat covers replaced. The photos listed are dated.. It had a battery problem but fortunately the host was not too far away and brought a substitute right away. I would definitely rent cars from him again!
Great car for family of 8 with plenty of trunk space that even for a yeti cooler. Host was easy to work with and we will rent again!
