First of all Jivaro (the host) was not answering for over an hour on the whereabouts of the car leaving me stranded in the airport in a city I have never been to. Second of all under conveniences of the vehicle was a toll pass, which I was later notified I was going to be charged, even though it was very misleading considering it was listed as a convenience of the booking of the vehicle. Lastly I was charged $500 for preexisting damages

Pick up location was easy to find, and I felt safe and comfortable picking it up there. Van was amazingly clean and ran so smooth. Everything worked as it should have and it felt like a new van! I would love to rent this exact van again.
