I regularly rent from this host and they are always pretty solid to deal with. The vehicle itself had some problems that I made them aware of and they apologized and we worked together to get me through the trip. I guess you can’t ask for more than that.
Hey, Isaiah! Always a pleasure to see your trips pop up on our calendar. We appreciate your repeat business as well as your cooperation and understanding with the recent issues on your trip, however minor. We have dealt with the tire & alignment issue and replaced some clips on that rear bumper so it doesn’t come loose again. These cars today are basically held together with plastic parts that are so unreliable and not very durable!
