The van was clean and worked perfectly throughout the trip. Easy to locate and pick up in the Seattle airport, without the hassle of getting on a shuttle to get to a rental and waiting around with was a huge help because our kids were all exhausted. Walked me through the process as this was my first time using this app. And the provided car seats and boosters were clean and age appropriate for our 1,3, and 5 year old. Great host, lots of instruction, car was impeccably clean and in perfect shape. The only thing I couldn’t find was the hose for the built in vacuum cleaner but I took it to car wash instead after the beach. The built in fridge was amazing for drinks and kid snacks. Would rent again!
