I really wanted to like this booking but it unfortunately didn't pan out that way. I read previous reviews pertaining to the condition of the tires on this van and I even asked before the trip if that issue had been resolved, I was assured it was.
Upon inspection, I looked firstly at the tires since that was a problem in the past and I found that the issue persisted. Both tires on the passenger side were worn way past what my party and I deemed as safe, especially with wet road conditions that Seattle's known for.
The state of the tires (safety), the comfort of the ride (damaged suspension and non functional middle seat), and the overall cleanliness of the vehicle (dirty seats) overall left a very bitter taste on a 9 day trip that was supposed to be anything but.
I would not be leaving this review if the host was willing to come up a reasonable solution but after several back and forths, all that could be settled on was a $60 credit and %15 discount on the next booking with her.
The price on this car wasn't even far in price from other vehicles of its class to justify all the issues, I just really wanted to drive a Sienna for the first time haha
All in all, none of these issues were disclosed in the vehicle description, therefore, I write this review as a warning to future renters to proceed with caution when booking.
