Pickup location was inconvenient from airport. Thought it would be in parking lot at airport and it was off campus.

You booked the car from a specific address. You could have simply booked the car from the airport parking location, as most of our other guests do, and then you wouldn’t have had to travel anywhere to pick it up.
So honestly, I don’t understand giving us a four-star rating because of something that was your own mistake or oversight. With all due respect, I’m sorry, but I really don’t understand that as a customer.
Very nice vehicle. Perfectly clean and conveniently parked and well priced! We could not have asked for a better rental!

Car runs very smoothly, pick up and drop off were a breeze! Absolutely zero issues, perfect size for a family of 6 to have extra room, on top of a spacious trunk area. We washed and vacuumed her up for the next person!
