The van was clean and worked perfectly throughout the trip. Easy to locate and pick up in the Seattle airport, without the hassle of getting on a shuttle to get to a rental and waiting around with was a huge help because our kids were all exhausted. Diep was responsive and helpful. Walked me through the process as this was my first time using this app. And the provided car seats and boosters were clean and age appropriate for our 1,3, and 5 year old. Pick up was a bit confusing but we got it. The car was good for what we needed though there was a clunking (swagbar link type sound ) when we turned to the right. Cleaned up the car inside as clean as we found it. All dents, scratches, and noises were there when I picked it up. Worked great for this trip. Thank you. God bless you.
