Communication on pickup and drop off was satisfactory but the van wasn’t in the best shape - lots of major dings, scratches, chipped windshield, and bumpy ride over 30mph which indicates it’s not being well maintained. Plus, they charged $63 for less than a quarter tank of gas ($7.199/gallon $10 service charge is excessive). I would not rent from this group again.

The fuel reimbursement was approved by you before this review, and the $10 fee is set by Turo. All maintenance is performed by a Kia dealership, including service immediately before your trip. Guests before and after you reported no issues. It’s disappointing that an approved reimbursement resulted in a retaliatory review.
