Luis proactively communicated via the Turo app and car pickup was super simple. The car itself was very clean both outside and inside. I had the car for 9 days on a road trip and it was a comfortable ride with excellent handling. The built in GPS navigation screen display, adaptive cruise control, lane assist, all contribute to a great ride. My wife used the built in wi-fi hotspot throughout our trip so that was useful as well. I would definitely rent it again. Just wonderful experience.

Very thoughtful offered to preheat car before my trip I really appreciated that gesture. But overall Went above and beyond I was late due to traffic and having the wrong city that was my fault, however drop off was still a breeze definitely will be renting Agian, car drives amazing and is nice and has alot of safety features that’s always a plus!
