I had absolutely amazing time with Alfa Romeo Stelvio booked from Saibou! I rented his car for my birthday and it was awesome experience. Saibou helped me with everything I need and was very responsive from pick up to drop off. Saibou was able to deliver the car to Times Square, which I highly appreciate! The car was super clean and fresh, brand new and low mileage and I was impressed driving it. Very comfortable and stylish looking vehicle. I also realized the host has more cars after reservation, I would definitely try other ones next time. Highly recommend to reserve your next rental with Saibou. You will not be disappointed.

I have zero complaints especially when the miles are unlimited. Easy pick up. I definitely appreciated the can of Lysol that was provided.. Just show the concierge his name & date on the app & they will hand you the keys. Jeep is parked directly behind you in the designated parking spot. I was running late from that NY traffic & he quickly modified my reservation without hesitation. Great host!!.

Anthony was great and his car was also in great shape. He first messaged me that the car was a bit dirty on the outside because of the late snow the prior day (which I was fine with) and that there were no shops open at the time to wash the car. But then he went out of his way to wash the car early in the morning, which shows his commitment to the experience of his clients. Overall a great experience

Great car, easy pick up outside of NYC

Communication with Mabel & Richard was very very easy and they are lovely to interact with. They gave us the car extremely clean and in good condition. We were 7 of us + bags, so it was definitely a tight squeeze and uncomfortable for those in the 3rd row. So I would put this car down as a 6 seater if you have bags, if not 8 can fit great. BEAUTIFUL car with a great sound system. Very smooth drive, even on tougher roads. Car handles itself beautifully at higher speeds. Thank you Mabel & Richard!
