Excellent car excellent host. Premium service. I will absolutely rent again! The experience of driving a Bentley is something you can’t really put a price on . But TS concierge was nice enough to do it.

Great car— got Lots of compliments. Great driving experience — way more power and smoothness than i expected. Easy pick up and drop off — super quick, pretty much automated. Great communication — owner was incredibly responsive and easy to reach.

It’s an okay car, and the concierge is quite responsive. What would make it 5 stars is if the car had better upkeep, given the premium cost of the rental. It’s not even 10 years old and there are numerous maintenance warnings (Bentley Safeguard Fault, start-stop unavailable, traffic assist unavailable, blind spot assist and exit warning fault, safety system fault, etc). Tires are very close to the wear mark and had decent gouges in the side wall. There are non-standard / mixed types of lugs on the tires, and what appear to be sheet metal screws keeping part of the front grill on. There are interior knobs missing (seat movement) and not functioning (driver vent control).
From a distance the car looks great, but was disappointed to see so many detractors with such a special vehicle.
Would consider renting from TR3 again, based on decent customer service, but not this vehicle again unless maintenance was performed. I would hope to see better quality of high end vehicles in the future.
