Communication and instructions were pretty disappointing. I had to ask for location pick multiple times and drop off instructions were non-existent! The Ride was smooth and spacious, but getting it and dropping it was a nightmare

I am sorry you had a bad experience. We post all the pick up and drop off directions on the site. If you choose not to read them or follow them, unfortunately that is beyond our control. Answer all requests during working hours. But we can not be expected to answer you at 4 am
It is a shame I booked a trip and because I did not decline or accept the protection before I pick up the car, they had canceled my reservation and took all the money, and I had to rebook the trip with a higher price. They are robbing people. At least I understand if there were a penalty, they took the whole $1400.00. I have to pick up the car, before I pick up the car I can finish all the paper work over there, they canceled the trip and took all the money. You know how hard it is to make money?
If I got charge a penalty by not completing the paper on time I would have understand. I called them and they made me waste hours on the phone, one said one thing the other one said another thing. Very disappointed.

I am sorry you had a bad experience. You booked a non refundable trip and received a discount because it was non refundable. Then for some reason you did not show up for your reservation. Turo cancelled your trip for not showing up not up. Not us
