Ron is always an amazing host! We always rent this car when visiting Florida because this is my favorite car in the world! For the most recent rental, there was an incident with the car on the way over to us and he instantly pulled some strings and made things happen for us to get the car to us shortly thereafter. Quite remarkable. The car is perfect every time.. very clean and well maintained. At any time throughout the rental, Ron is quick to respond, and communication is very important to me.
