Let me just start out by saying that if you plan on visiting South Florida and want to rent a car thru Turo, you HAVE to rent from Brigitte and Juan. These are not just owners with one or two cars that they rent out - This is their business! They have an entire fleet of high end, luxury cars that are top notch. Their service is bar none - THE BEST.! Throughout my 9 day trip, Brigitte was always available and answered any questions that I had. On top of that, the pick-up and drop-off at FLL Airport was flawless. Now for the car - I am a huge “car guy” with some very high end luxury cars in my own stable, but Tesla is something I always felt was not up to par with the likes of BMW M, MB AMG, Porsche, Land Rover/Range Rover, etc., but I was wrong with this beast. This 2024 Performance 3 with every option including FSD is a monster! The car is immaculate and drives like a true sports car. It even has “Track Mode” which allows you to control understeer and oversteer of the car, “Drift Mode” and also allows for lap times on the track. The suspension, handling, torque and overall appearance are stunning. In the end, my wife was so impressed, we are now looking to buy this exact car in a 2025 and add it to our stable. Thank you Brigitte and Juan - We will never rent from anyone else in South Florida - you have our business forever!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I rented a Lamborghini Urus and it was everything I hoped for and more. The host was beyond generous and responsive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I booked, communication was on point. Although the reservation was for 7 PM, the host reached out early in the morning offering the car ahead of time and even parked it in a convenient location so I could access it with ease hours before my actual rental time! Throughout the trip, the host was super accommodating adding an extra driver, answering every question I had instantly, and making sure everything went perfectly. Even when I needed to return the car at a different location, he didn’t hesitate he arranged pickup free of charge without a second thought. This was hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The car was flawless, the service was five star, and I’ll definitely be booking again.
