Great experience from start to finish. I rented this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and he absolutely loved it. The car exceeded our expectations—super clean, well maintained, and drove amazing. Pickup and drop-off were simple, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely book again!

The Tesla it’s self was amazing! It’s a great car and I’m glad I got to drive one. It’s my husband’s dream car and I rented for his birthday.
The disappointing part was the customer service from the host. Reservation was at 10am. I contacted him from 9:40am-10:25am with no reply. I thought maybe he cancelled the trip. I was panicking a bit because we had a tight schedule that day and I couldn’t find the car at its location. He was supposed to update me with its parking location. When he finally got back to me he said his phone was dead and that he had a 30 minute grace period so he was within his contract. I found that rude and dismissive. Customer service is a 0.
This is a lie you true do negotiate free charging and I declined I have everything on text messages will be escalated to Turo
