I recently rented a Cybertruck from them and had a great experience. They were very available by phone and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I ran into a few issues trying to figure out how to charge it, and they walked me through it step by step, which made everything much easier. Excellent experience from start to finish. Pickup was smooth, communication was clear and responsive, and the 12-passenger Ford Transit worked perfectly for our group. At the end of the trip, I needed to rush the return and asked them to handle the remaining fuel. They did so without any complaint and made the process easy. I would absolutely rent from them again.
