Car quality was good, I enjoyed renting the Lyriq because I am thinking of buying a similar car. All messages to my host were responded to quickly. The only complexity related to car pick up was taking good high quality pictures during checkin at night. Related to Turo, I learned that my personal auto insurance company does not cover peer to peer companies like Turo so I had to but the Turo coverage.
