The vehicle was brand new. Had plenty of comfort features and got our group of 7 around easily to all the theme parks. Martin was very accommodating. He met us at Port Canaveral, for pickup and allowed us to drop off at MCO. Instructions for pick up and drop off were very clear.

It was my first time renting on Toro, I was nervous at first because I did not understand the process. Chad and his wife was formidable to work with; he delivered the Vehicle to my exact location at the Royal Caribbean Cruse line packing lot which saved me a lot of stress due to the fact I was traveling with five kids. The Vehicle was Clean, extremely comfortable, spacious, very good for large families and or single solo driver as well.
