Good clean vehicle. Had a slight delay when we picked it up. Couldn’t get a hold of them for 45 minutes, could be due to bad weather at the time somehow. They made up for the delay and the rest of the trip was great. Had a problem on our end (locked keys in car) , I got ahold of them instantly and they unlocked the vehicle instantly. So overall great experience besides the beginning.

The weather caused a delay with cell service being knocked out. Glad we were able to make the trip go smooth after the weather issue. Some things are out of our control.
