Overall a great experience. However you could smell smoking inside and the car wasn't clean at delivery.

Can’t fault the car, it was a great experience and even though it was expensive it was worth the money.
The score unfortunately reflects the host. There was no handover of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered and then the host immediately left without telling me he had arrived.
It was very overwhelming as I’d never driven an electric vehicle before. I was not made aware that I needed to recharge the vehicle. The only thing that was advertised was I was allowed to drive 200 miles. I was also unaware of the toll charges. This all should have been made clear at the time of booking and could have been part of a handover.
I will use TURO again when I visit the states but will be choosing a different host.
I paid good money for the hire, took good care of the cybertruck and expected a more professional service from the host. To avoid low score the host could have offered a slight discount for his shortfalls.
