We recently rented a Jeep Wrangler though Turo from LA Auto Spot, ans the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, convenient and extremely well organized. The Jeep was in perfect condition , clean, well maintained, exactly as described. Throughout our trip, customer service was highly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Their communication was prompt, professional, and made the rental process stress free. One of the best parts of the experience was not having to wait in line for check-in or deal with the delays often associated with the traditional rental car companies. The convenience and efficiency of the process made out trip that much more enjoyable. The car was a blast to drive. The transaction was seamless. Clean car, drove flawlessly. Note to other drivers the C8 convertible has limited visibility through rear window. It takes a little driving to get accustomed to limited sight, use side mirrors and rear camera as well if needed and you’ll be fine.
The car was perfect. A little dusty on the outside(due to weather I suspect) but the inside was clean. Pick up and drop off was super easy. The host communication was incredible. He included every detail down to the best lane to enter and exit the drop off lane. If in the DFW area in the future, I will definitely use him again!

For those of you considering renting this Jeep. The pickup was well described and easy to find. The Jeep smelled great when we opened the doors and it was spotless! The owners were fantastic about communicating and kept us in the loop the entire time. They were always a step ahead of us with info and did a really good job making the rental stress free. We took the Jeep to visit some family in Oklahoma and my kids absolutely loved riding with the roof off and the sun shining in. It’s such a great adventure rig and makes a standard roadtrip standout for the kids. We look forward to renting it again!
