The 2020 BMW 4 series convertible has weak AC and signs of age for a six year old rental car. Host was unresponsive pre-pickup which led to last minute surprise regarding the peer to peer lot in DFW (obviously Turo is forced to use this lot so this is not on this owner, but I had inquired about pick up procedures twice prior to pick up date and did not get a response until I was on the plane the day of). I had communicated any issues with the vehicle at pick up to ensure it was documented in writing and that was met by hostility. I was able to speak to the business owner himself, though, to clear up the confusion. Car was otherwise clean and ran as expected.
