Really easy to pick up and drop off. Only issue was the tire pressure light was on and at highway speeds the car shook quite a bit. I think the tires need to be balanced and definitely need air.
Incredible experience! Car was clean and comfortable just as we expected! Our original trip was cancelled 3 hours before picking it up, so this car saved the day. Host was clear on instructions which helped!
