pickup was cool car makes a noise when you turn it on it also blows hot if your not driving and the driver side headlight is out

Davonna Thank You For Booking With Mister.T!We take pride in making sure all are vehicles are clean & mechanical sound before leaving.You claim the vehicle makes a noise & the A/C blows hot,yet you extended your trip in 100 degree weather?As for the headlight it went out while you had the vehicle.I asked you to bring it back so the bulb could be replaced.You never responded back, yet leave FALSE reports about the car’s condition.That is unfair and of poor character.
