Viktor was awesome! He allowed me to pick up the car two hours earlier than reserved as my schedule shifted. When I arrived, the car was fully detailed cleaned from top to bottom, even the ties were armor, rolled and shiny. I’ve rented quite a few different tours, and I have not had this type of experience when it comes to quality and cleanliness ever. The soul drove perfectly, met all of my expectations, and the gas mileage is quite amazing. You get almost 400 miles for about 40 bucks! If I ever need to rent a Toro again, I’m definitely getting this car. 10 out of 10!
The car was easy to drive and given in great quality. Reallyyyy good on mileage and gas. Dan was extremely sweet and very helpful, easy to communicate with. We had no issues or weren’t worried about anything related to both Dan and the car our entire time with the rental!! This is my first time renting and this experience left a great first impression. This was my first time using this app, I flew in from Minnesota and needed a car rental to help get my siblings to my brothers funeral service. I tried going to enterprise but because I’m from Minnesota they made it very difficult to rent. A friend told me about this app and after searching for a car that would meet my needs and had good reviews I chose to go with this one. I was skeptical at first with this being my first time but he did not disappoint. Everything was smooth and he was very polite and helpful throughout the pick up and drop off and I would definitely rent from him again. 5 stars for being so helpful and kind
