The vehicle was absolutely beautiful, and the pickup and drop-off process was quick and seamless. We rented the car for our son’s 9th birthday, as the BMW i8 is his dream car. The owner dropped the car to us curbside which was unexpected but convenient. Unfortunately one of the headlights was out and they were very apologetic. They arranged for the car to be seen by their mechanic. It delayed our plans to have to drive to the mechanic but we appreciated the mechanic fitting the car in. The car itself was in great condition otherwise and was a great, compact drive that made getting around Chicago easy. Unfortunately, the other headlight went out the following day. Thankfully it was a short trip so we only missed out on being able to use the car for one night. Such is life with unpredictable cars! The owners were responsive and made coordinating pick up and drop off a breeze.
