Great experience overall. The BMW 430 was in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition — clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The car drove perfectly and felt solid and reliable throughout the entire rental. The host was outstanding: professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Pickup and return were smooth, everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises. It’s clear the owner takes great care of both the vehicle and the rental experience. George is an absolutely awesome host, he made the experience really great and even went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Car pick up and return was made pretty easy, very clear instructions and good communication over all. Special thanks to George’s associate Julieta who was really nice to talk to. Tye best option if you’re flying to/from either ORD or MDW. The car runs smoothly, you can tell it is well taken care of. I will definitely rent from him next time I’m in town!
Even the car is 10 years old, but it is still on a really good condition. Family friendly, space is good! I have been driving bmw for over 15 years. So this is the best option for me.
The vehicle was absolutely beautiful, and the pickup and drop-off process was quick and seamless. We rented the car for our son’s 9th birthday, as the BMW i8 is his dream car. It truly made his day, and all of his friends thought he was the coolest kid around. Mustafa was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout the entire experience. The car was in good condition the pictures are accurate and it drives smoothly. It fit 5 adults comfortably. Mohammed was very easy to communicate with. There was a minor issue but he resolved it immediately.
