No large deposit that is kept for multiple days post return of vehicle either. I made the reservation online, used my credit card and loaded drivers license. Once I reserved, I called my insurance to be sure that peer-to-peer rental is covered and it was so I opted out of the additional coverage. I took a selfie with my driver’s license to verify my identity and verified my cell phone and email. After that, I received a message through the app app. 1 hour before rental began. Went to long-term parking at airport, found the car, used code for lock box, took pics and loaded to app. Used parking ticket to get out and paid the fee of $2, which was the credited back to me after I loaded the pic of the receipt to the app. Car was in good shape, so no issues there either. Car was returned same way it was rented. I’ll probably never go back to traditional car rental if I don’t have to! Thank you Charles and team for a great experience!
