This vehicle has bad tires, driver rear side tire blown out when I was trying to get on interstate. The Host is very rude unprofessional in responding to an emergency situation and handled situation very unprofessional. Only given advice host gave me is that I have to pay for a new a tire nothing further was said. Upon paying $192 for the new tire and getting installed at tire shop, Host then further informed that they will not reimburse for cost. All I have to say is beware renting this vehicle other tires are going bad as well when I got all the other tires inspected at tire shop. Should not have to deal with a rental in this kind of condition causing even further delays and headaches. Renter beware ⚠️

Terrible 1-star guest with false statements.
Car was actually good. Fit all of our needs. The customer service was disappointing and I found them unhelpful and rude. The car is described as blue and it is such a dark blue that it looks black. We had a hard time spotting it in the extreme heat in southern Alabama. Walked around for 30 min trying to find a “blue” car.
When I ask if they could direct me exactly to the car via phone call I got no response but a link to a map that sent me in circles.
There is no lock box on this car. The key pad is invisible unless you swipe the right spot on the car. Instructions were very unclear and description of the car was not accurate. Leaving this review simply to help others and hopefully the person renting this car will be of more help next time.

The vehicle is correctly listed as blue. The listing photos clearly show its very dark blue color, and the title, dealer buyer’s guide, paint code, and VIN decoder all confirm the factory color as dark blue—not black.
There is no lockbox because this Ford Explorer has a factory-installed keypad. The check-in instructions clearly state: “Swipe the black pillar on the driver’s door to illuminate the keypad.” Detailed location information and a map link were also provided.
