Pick up was easy but harassed me about a broken windshield that Turo had already gave me the invoice and time to pay. I have dealt with Turo for sometime and other hosts with other issues but this has been a lot. The day after the incident they wrote several times and harassed and I had to contact Turo to make it stop.

The windshield damage was acknowledged during the claims process, and you confirmed multiple times through the Turo app that you would pay the invoice through Turo. Once you requested that all communications go through Turo, we respected your request and the matter proceeded entirely through Turo's claims process. We strive to handle every claim professionally and in accordance with Turo's policies.
Always read the reviews the white ford SUV/crossover keeps getting rented out with a bad tie rod or something. Wish I would have read them before renting.
