Car quality was trash. Vehicle has electrical issues.
This 2024 Ford Escape is a newer, low-mileage vehicle still under manufacturer warranty and regularly maintained. No electrical issues were found before or after this trip. Unfortunately, this review appeared only after the guest was charged for extra mileage used during the reservation. We always provide clean, accurately described, well-maintained vehicles and remain committed to great service for all future guests.
