We hate you encountered an issue with the AC, but it works fine. I don't know what could have happened as I was in the car right before pickup, and after you returned. It has really cold A/C. We called you right after the trip began, when you said it didn't work, and told you to make sure you pressed the AC button. We also told you to return the car. You said, "I got it to work," and then we didn't hear from you for 3 days..not sure what else we could have done in that scenario.
Car was very clean and drove great. Couldn’t ask for more. The service provided was top notch.
