Pick up and drop off were very easy. Car was amazing and the host was very accommodating including an item I left in the car. The van was very well marinated and drove amazing. Fuel economy was amazing and was very comfortable for a family of 6 including luggage. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Only issue I had were the rear seats were difficult to move/would not recline.

Car was excellent but there were communication problems with the host. He offered to pick us up at the airport, but then left the car at our hotel instead. Then we had trouble locating the car at the hotel as it was parked at a different lot at the hotel than the one that he had sent a photo of. Communication challenges aside, the vehicle was exactly as advertised. Very new and very clean and excellent gas mileage (it's a hybrid).
